Moody Ballet Wedding Inspiration - Part I at the Branch Museum in Richmond, Virginia
You may have seen the photos and video from my ballet-inspired styled shoot with Josh & Serena that was featured on Style Me Pretty. But today I want to show you even more photos, including some that weren't published on SMP! I'm going to post this shoot in three parts because there are so many goodies and I want to share them all without being too overwhelming in one post. :)
In this post you'll see all of the elements of the shoot that feature and were inspired by the lilac Alexandra Grecco skirt and cami. When designing the shoot, Serena, Josh, and I all loved the color and movement of this particular skirt because of the ethereal tulle material. I based the entire color palette of the shoot on this dress but only used grey and darker shades of purple, rather than pink shades, to make the emotion more moody than springlike.
Photo & Cinema: Josh & Serena | Planning and Styling: East Made Event Company | Florist: Amanda Burnette | Hair Stylist: Event Hair by Lauren | Makeup: BRIDEFace | Invitation Suite & Calligraphy: Poppy & Scooter | Cake: Sweet Fix RVA | Lilac Skirt & Cami: Alexandra Grecco | Furniture: Paisley & Jade | Ribbon and Table Runner: Adorn Company | Amethyst Ring: Trumpet & Horn
Stay tuned for my next post, which will feature the second dress I used in this shoot!
